Disclosure: Home might show roaches/bugs occasionally due to the nature of seasoning and being in South East States. We do have pest control treatment on going quarterly hence this issue should be tremendously reduced to little or none. Neglect to cleanup area where there is food or water during your stays might bring roaches back per pest control service statement. As such any complaint or review relating to this issue is considered irrelevant.

Excellent estate. Straight to the point to satisfy a large group of people. Very good with communication especially in the late times. I had graduated that weekend and it was a breeze to get this set up.
