Good to know

Spacious and cozy house for large group or family stay. Additional sleeping sofas available in the living room. Fluffy towels, soap and shampoo available. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare for a delicious breakfast or a romantic dinner. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate is complimentary. An air-fryer is provided for a quick warm-up of fried food or making that french toast crisp. Cherrydale shopping center is only 5 minutes away for all the conveniences.

Other Details to Note

Disclosure: Home might show roaches/bugs occasionally due to the nature of seasoning and being in South East States. We do have pest control treatment on going quarterly hence this issue should be tremendously reduced to little or none. Neglect to cleanup area where there is food or water during your stays might bring roaches back per pest control service statement. As such any complaint or review relating to this issue is considered irrelevant.

Description was true far as a Prairie like atmosphere. No issues from the neighbors. Fresh produce stand at the top of the street was the real highlight for us. It sold locally raised products and the honey/watermelons was great. P.S it is the late spring/early summer so some produces may change.

Located on the path of Swamp Rabbit Trail (a greenbelt hiking and cycling), running from Downtown Greenville to Travelers Rest, another popular city for outdoor enthusiasts and food explorers. Downtown Greenville is less than 3 miles away, and can be reached by Greenlink #2 bus Downtown/Berea loop.
